REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your LumiCare purchase.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify:

• Product must be unused
• Product must be unopened
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of:

• Opened skincare products
• Used beauty products
• Products with broken seals
• Clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email lumicaresa@gmail.com within 48 hours and include:

• Order number
• Photos of the product
• Description of the issue

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping.
